Job Overview
Sotta Mining is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable and Administration Officer to join its team. This role will support the Senior Accounts Payable and Payroll Supervisor in overseeing vendor payments, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and managing administrative duties within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the management of accounts payable functions, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of payments.
- Maintain compliance with financial policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Support financial reporting and documentation to facilitate audits and internal reviews.
- Coordinate administrative tasks within the department to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- A minimum of three years’ experience in Accounts Payable, with strong knowledge of financial processes and best practices.
