Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking a dedicated and innovative IT Officer who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates should possess:

Key Responsibilities

As an IT Officer, your role will involve:

  • Acting as the second point of contact for IT support within the organization.
  • Conducting regular maintenance and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Providing technical assistance to end-users and resolving IT-related issues efficiently.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to implement IT upgrades and projects.
  • Monitoring and enhancing IT security systems to ensure data integrity and protection.
  • Assisting in planning and executing IT infrastructure improvements to optimize efficiency.
  • Maintaining strong professional relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  • Meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as project deadlines and quality standards.
  • Ensuring clear communication and collaboration across project lifecycles.

Qualifications & Experience

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in:
    • Microsoft Operating Systems & Linux
    • Networking Protocols & Troubleshooting
    • Report Writing & Documentation
    • Hardware Troubleshooting & IT Security
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work independently and within a team, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for technology.
