Position: Operations & Logistics Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Arusha, Tanzania
Annual Salary: TZS 14,000,000/= to 16,800,000/=
Key Responsibilities and Environment:
This role will involve managing logistics and supply chain functions critical to the organization’s education-focused initiatives. The successful candidate will be expected to coordinate between office operations and field sites, including potential travel to supplier locations and other operational hubs.
Minimum Qualifications and Competencies:

Education: A Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Experience: Minimum of three years in logistics, operations, or supply chain roles.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with logistics management systems, ERP platforms, and advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
