Annual Salary: TZS 12,000,000 to 14,400,000
Ndoto In Action, a non-profit organization committed to transforming the future of children in rural Tanzania through access to quality education, is currently seeking a qualified Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Officer to join its dedicated team in Arusha.
This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to sustainable development efforts, with a focus on education and community empowerment.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring effective monitoring and evaluation practices across the organization’s initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

Designing and implementing data collection tools including surveys, interviews, and focus group discussions.

Gathering, cleaning, and analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data to monitor program performance.

Producing regular reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal use and external stakeholders.

Ensuring compliance with donor, organizational, and national M&E standards.

Supporting program teams, partners, and beneficiaries in applying participatory M&E methods.

Representing the organization in relevant M&E networks and stakeholder forums.

Upholding high standards of data quality, accuracy, and timely reporting.
Candidate Profile:
Education:
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Monitoring and Evaluation, Statistics, Economics, Social Sciences, or a closely related field.
Experience:
-
A minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in M&E roles within development programs.
Candidates must demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills, with a passion for driving impact through data-informed decision-making.
Remuneration:
Annual Salary: TZS 12,000,000 to 14,400,000
