Position: Full-Time
Annual Salary: TZS 12,000,000 to 14,400,000

Ndoto In Action, a non-profit organization committed to transforming the future of children in rural Tanzania through access to quality education, is currently seeking a qualified Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Officer to join its dedicated team in Arusha.

This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to sustainable development efforts, with a focus on education and community empowerment.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring effective monitoring and evaluation practices across the organization’s initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing data collection tools including surveys, interviews, and focus group discussions.

  • Gathering, cleaning, and analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data to monitor program performance.

  • Producing regular reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal use and external stakeholders.

  • Ensuring compliance with donor, organizational, and national M&E standards.

  • Supporting program teams, partners, and beneficiaries in applying participatory M&E methods.

  • Representing the organization in relevant M&E networks and stakeholder forums.

  • Upholding high standards of data quality, accuracy, and timely reporting.

Candidate Profile:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Monitoring and Evaluation, Statistics, Economics, Social Sciences, or a closely related field.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in M&E roles within development programs.

Candidates must demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills, with a passion for driving impact through data-informed decision-making.

Remuneration:

Annual Salary: TZS 12,000,000 to 14,400,000
