Position: Communication Officer (Full-Time)
Location: Arusha, Tanzania
Salary: TZS 12,000,000 to 14,400,000 per year

Ndoto In Action, an organization dedicated to ensuring that every child in rural Tanzania has access to quality education as a means to end poverty, is currently seeking a dynamic and creative individual to fill the position of Communication Officer.

This full-time role is an exceptional opportunity for a passionate communicator who is eager to make a tangible difference in the lives of young Tanzanians through impactful storytelling, strategic communication, and digital engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain engaging content across multiple social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), and TikTok.

• Utilize skills in photography, videography, and graphic design, including editing, to support the organization's visual storytelling.

• Create compelling case studies and impact reports that highlight the organization’s work and its effects on the community.

• Ensure the secure storage and management of communication data, with high IT proficiency.

• Uphold confidentiality, handling sensitive information with integrity and professionalism.

• Work independently and proactively, contributing to the organization’s communication strategy.

Candidate Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Mass Media & Communication, Multimedia, Journalism, or a closely related field.

• Proven ability to connect with audiences, foster brand loyalty, and enhance public responsiveness.

• Creative expertise in content development and publishing tailored for diverse digital audiences.

• Must be fluent in English and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Demonstrated trustworthiness and ability to work autonomously.

Remuneration:

• Annual Salary: Between TZS 12,000,000 and TZS 14,400,000
