Job Overview
We are in search of a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to spearhead our sales initiatives at Kinga Lodge. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving bookings, expanding market reach, and cultivating relationships with key players in the travel and tourism sectors. The role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead the charge in achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to increase bookings and revenue.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and corporate clients.
• Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to expand the lodge’s clientele.
• Coordinate and manage marketing campaigns and promotional activities to enhance the lodge’s brand presence.
• Collaborate with the reservations team to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Represent Kinga Lodge at industry trade shows, tourism expos, and networking events to increase visibility and establish connections.

Qualifications & Experience:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales within the hospitality or tourism industry.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and drive business growth.
• Knowledge of safari lodges, tourism trends, and the luxury travel sector is an advantage.
