Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Officer to manage and oversee all human resources functions at Stan Tours Ltd. This critical role will require the successful candidate to implement HR policies, manage recruitment processes, handle employee relations, and ensure full compliance with Tanzanian labor laws. The role calls for a strategic HR professional who can adapt to the company’s dynamic and diverse workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with Tanzanian labor laws and company policies.
  • Coordinate payroll, benefits administration, and the management of employee records.
  • Provide guidance on disciplinary actions and grievance procedures.
  • Develop and implement effective training and development programs.
  • Support workforce planning across the company's headquarters, tour branches, driver operations, and hotel staff.
  • Foster a positive work culture that aligns with Stan Tours’ values and goals.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of Tanzanian labor laws and best HR practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage a diverse workforce spread across multiple locations.
