The Higher Education Students' Loans Board (HESLB) is inviting qualified candidates to apply for the position of Systems Auditor II. This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced professional to join the organization's Information Systems Audit Department.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be expected to:

• Oversee and monitor the implementation of internal and external audit findings, recommendations, and queries related to HESLB information systems.

• Coordinate and manage all auditing activities pertaining to Information Systems within the department.

• Design and execute comprehensive audit schedules and programs for key system coverage areas.

• Assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls within the organization’s Information Systems.

• Identify and report areas of non-compliance with information security policies, ICT disaster recovery plans, and track corrective actions.

• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with ICT policies, guidelines, and frameworks as issued by the government.

• Generate audit trail reports detailing user access rights, responsibilities, and the activities of super users.

• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following fields:

• Computer Science

• Information Systems

• Information Technology

• Computer Engineering

• Informatics
  or any equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.

Remuneration

The position is categorized under HESLB 5 in the organization’s salary scale.
