Key Responsibilities

The appointed candidate will be responsible for a wide range of academic and administrative tasks, including:

1. Typing routine and confidential documents.

2. Preparing standard correspondences.

3. Filing non-confidential documentation.

4. Managing front-desk activities and attending to visitors and phone inquiries.

5. Ensuring proper care of office equipment including scanners and computers.

6. Supporting Senior Office or Office Management Secretaries in general office operations.

7. Keeping an updated inventory of office equipment and forwarding it to relevant departments.

8. Making travel and accommodation arrangements.

9. Carrying out any other duties as assigned by senior management.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must possess:

• A Master’s Degree and Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics or a related discipline from accredited institutions.

• A minimum GPA of 3.5 at the undergraduate level and at least 3.8 at the postgraduate level.

This role requires strong academic credentials and a commitment to fostering educational growth and innovation at TIA.

Remuneration

The position offers a compensation package at the PHTS 2.1 salary scale.
