Key Responsibilities
The appointed candidate will be responsible for a wide range of academic and administrative tasks, including:

Typing routine and confidential documents.

Preparing standard correspondences.

Filing non-confidential documentation.
-
Managing front-desk activities and attending to visitors and phone inquiries.
-
Ensuring proper care of office equipment including scanners and computers.
-
Supporting Senior Office or Office Management Secretaries in general office operations.
-
Keeping an updated inventory of office equipment and forwarding it to relevant departments.
-
Making travel and accommodation arrangements.
-
Carrying out any other duties as assigned by senior management.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates must possess:
-
A Master’s Degree and Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics or a related discipline from accredited institutions.

A minimum GPA of 3.5 at the undergraduate level and at least 3.8 at the postgraduate level.
This role requires strong academic credentials and a commitment to fostering educational growth and innovation at TIA.
Remuneration
The position offers a compensation package at the PHTS 2.1 salary scale.
