Position Overview

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Zanzibar City. As a Guest Relations Executive, you will serve as a key point of contact for guests, ensuring an exceptional experience from arrival to departure. Your role will involve addressing inquiries, resolving complaints with professionalism, managing front desk operations, and providing unparalleled customer service. You will also play a supportive role in sales, assist with reservations, and coordinate with various departments to elevate the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized guest services and manage inquiries efficiently

  • Resolve guest concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction

  • Coordinate front desk functions and support reservations

  • Promote resort services and experiences proactively

  • Liaise with different departments to maintain service excellence

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates should possess the following:

  • Demonstrated skills in guest relations and customer service

  • Outstanding communication skills, capable of engaging with international clientele

  • Experience in reception duties, including booking and check-in/out procedures

  • Background in sales with the ability to promote resort offerings

  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities

  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset

  • Prior experience in hospitality or related sectors is preferred

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a similar field is a plus
