Role Overview:
The Sales and Reservation Officer plays a crucial role in driving sales, managing client reservations, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This position requires strong communication skills, sales acumen, and a deep understanding of the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Sales & Marketing:
- Promote and sell travel packages and related services to individuals and groups.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain strong client relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Identify new market opportunities and participate in marketing initiatives.
✅ Reservation Management:
- Handle inquiries and provide customized travel solutions.
- Manage and confirm bookings for flights, accommodations, and transport.
