Role Overview

As an Operations Specialist, you’ll directly influence local business operations and contribute to the achievement of supply-side targets. Your work will be critical in shaping how communities move and interact within the city. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of projects, create meaningful change, and be part of a mission-driven team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support operational projects by designing localized processes with a strong focus on execution and measurable results.

• Develop and implement strategies that strengthen Bolt’s market presence and competitiveness.

• Ensure a seamless rider experience through independent decision-making and value-driven initiatives.

• Monitor and analyze key operational metrics to maintain a healthy and balanced marketplace.

• Identify emerging trends, operational risks, and areas for improvement within the local context.

• Collaborate closely with global teams—including Product, Legal, and Marketing—to drive growth initiatives and operational efficiency.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience in Operations, Startups, Strategy Consulting, or similarly relevant sectors.

• Proficient in English and Swahili, with strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Highly analytical with a data-centric approach and advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets.

• A problem-solver who thrives on ownership, hands-on work, and creative thinking.

• Previous experience with product launches or managing business operations is a strong plus.
