Dongfang Steel Group Limited is recruiting Sales Representatives

Dongfang Steel Group Limited, a leading manufacturer of rebar and wire rods in Tanzania, is seeking to expand its team. With an impressive annual production capacity of 500,000 MT, the company produces high-quality rebars (ranging from 8mm to 32mm) in BS500 Standard, and wire rods (ranging from 5.5mm to 6.5mm) in SAE1008 Standard. All products are made from imported steel billets, ensuring top-tier quality. Production is scheduled to commence in early March 2025.

The company is currently hiring for five Sales Representative positions. Below are the details of the role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze market data to develop effective marketing strategies.
• Expand into new markets and consistently meet sales targets.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Ensure timely product delivery and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in English is essential.
• A minimum of two years’ experience in sales, particularly within the steel or construction materials sector.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Tanzania and neighboring countries.
• Strong self-motivation, discipline, and excellent communication skills.
