Football enthusiasts across Tanzania are eagerly awaiting the showdown between Simba SC and Azam FC in the Mainland Tanzania Premier League today at the Benjamin Mkapa Stadium. Simba’s head coach, Fadlu Davids, is adamant that his team will give their all to secure a win and keep their title hopes alive. "Azam FC are a strong side, but our focus is on victory. We have prepared well and are confident in our players," said Davids. He expressed optimism after a solid 3-0 away win against Namungo FC and emphasized that his players are in top form despite a packed schedule.

Azam FC’s coach, Rachid Taoussi, also exuded confidence ahead of the match. He acknowledged the challenge of facing Simba, one of the best teams in the league, but remains hopeful that his players will rise to the occasion. "Simba always bring their best against us, but we are ready. Our players are motivated and determined to give a strong performance," said Taoussi.
