The Acting Permanent Representative of the United Republic of Tanzania to the United Nations, Ambassador Dr. Suleiman Haji Suleiman, recently met with Tanzanians working at the UN in New York for a brief meeting and informal reception.

The event took place at the Tanzanian Mission's offices in New York. During the meeting, Ambassador Dr. Suleiman expressed his gratitude and congratulated the Tanzanians for their exemplary representation of their country at the UN.

In return, the attendees thanked the embassy for the invitation and for dedicating time to engage with them, offering an opportunity to reconnect and exchange updates.

Additionally, the meeting covered discussions on employment opportunities, training, and investment prospects within the United Nations. The group agreed to support efforts aimed at educating more Tanzanians about the available opportunities and assisting those interested in pursuing careers with the UN in the United States.

The event was attended by various officials from the embassy.
