As a Financial Planning & Analyst II, you will play a crucial role in financial planning and analysis, assisting in budget preparation, forecasting, and financial decision support. You will work closely with the Financial Controller, Director of Finance, and various business units to evaluate commercial options and calculate financial impacts that drive strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.

Provide financial decision-making support, particularly to Operations and Sales teams.

Develop and analyze business cases, calculating financial impacts such as project NPVs and return on investment (ROI) for pricing proposals and Build-to-Suit opportunities.

Assist in the preparation of monthly financial and management reports.

Collaborate with the finance team to implement process improvements and drive best practices.

Undertake additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.
Supervisory Duties

Partner with Talent Acquisition to recruit, interview, and hire top talent.

Provide leadership, mentorship, and career development opportunities to team members.

Drive performance management and goal-setting strategies to enhance team productivity and engagement.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Experience: 3–5 years in a commercial finance role with proven expertise in project and business modeling.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

ERP Systems: Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains or similar enterprise resource planning systems.

Industry Experience: Previous exposure to multi-national organizations is preferred.
