The match, held in the early hours of Wednesday at Stade d’Honneur in Oudja, saw Morocco maintain their dominance at the top of Group E.
Speaking after the game, Taifa Stars Head Coach Hemed Morocco commended his players for their determination and effort, noting that despite a strong fight, it was Morocco’s seasoned squad that made the difference.
“My players gave it their all, but Morocco’s experience proved decisive,” said Coach Morocco.
With this result, Morocco remains unbeaten in the group, sitting firmly at the summit with 15 points from five matches. Meanwhile, Tanzania holds third place, having collected six points from four games.
