Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Manager, your core mission will be to drive revenue growth within your assigned area through the execution of strategic sales plans and superior client servicing. Core duties include:

Ensuring thorough and consistent coverage of your assigned client portfolio across all levels, from departmental to executive.

Executing all sales objectives and action plans with the goal of meeting or surpassing set performance targets.

Establishing pricing parameters, generating quotations, and negotiating rates for both transient and group bookings.

Identifying and developing quality sales leads for Rotana within relevant sectors and regions.

Monitoring evolving market dynamics, including competitive trends, and reporting insights from direct interactions, calls, and targeted communications.

Maintaining detailed records for key accounts while supporting superiors in the upkeep of the account management system.

Adhering to established selling strategies during negotiations and actively identifying upselling opportunities.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants should hold a degree in Sales or a related field, along with a minimum of two years of post-graduate experience, preferably in the hotel industry. Key qualifications include:
