Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage operational excellence in branches hosting up to 25 employees or serving a single customer category.
• Champion high-performance business operations with effective leadership and team development strategies.
• Ensure rigorous control systems are upheld by executing essential control-related activities.
• Deliver superior branch-based customer service and address client complaints promptly and professionally.
