Role Requirements:

Applicants must possess the following qualifications and skills:

• A Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Telecommunication, IT, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.

• Proven experience in an IT Technician role or a closely related position.

• In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.

• Hands-on experience with network troubleshooting and management.

• Knowledge in security systems such as CCTV and alarm systems will be considered an added advantage.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.

• Capacity to work effectively both independently and within a team setting.
