Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation (EGPAF) intends to dispose of a used motor vehicle through a competitive bidding process. Interested buyers are invited to submit their offers.

– **Open viewing**: Friday 20th June 2025 to Thursday 26th June 2025, 10:00 AM to 05:00 PM at EGPAF Kampala office (viewing stops at 2 PM on Friday).
– **Bid request**: Interested buyers should request the bid form from procurement@pedaids.org or pick a copy from the location.
– **Submission**: Bids must be submitted in hard copy in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the item code (e.g., Bid for VEH 01) to the address below.
– **Organization**: Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation
– **Location**: Plot 15 Kitante Close, Kampala, Uganda
– **Deadline**: 12:00 PM on Friday 27th June 2025. Bidders must include daytime contact numbers, email addresses, and URA TIN on bid forms. No sale to bidders without a TIN.
– **Sale basis**: “As is, where is” basis; EGPAF has no further liability after sale.
– **Notification**: The successful bidder will be notified within 10 days after bid closing and required to deposit their bid price to EGPAF within 48 hours (2 days). EGPAF may notify the next bidder if payment is not received. Payments by cash deposit or bank transfer with proof presented to EGPAF Kampala office.
– **Logbook transfer**: Buyer pays logbook ownership transfer fees to URA, presents receipts to EGPAF, who will submit to URA within a maximum of 3 weeks after sale.
– **Payment**: Only required to participate; successful bidder pays bid price to EGPAF bank account as indicated in the award notification.
– **Reservation**: EGPAF reserves the right to reject any or all bids if in its best interest.
