Job Title: Job-Posting & Content Operations Officer
Location: Remote / Kampala, Uganda
Reports To: IT support and systems Admin
Job Type: Full time

Role Purpose:
The Job-Posting & Content Operations Officer (Volunteer) will support the organization in managing job postings and content operations to ensure smooth recruitment processes and visibility. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience while contributing to the efficiency of organizational operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Draft, update, and post job vacancies across different platforms.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of posted content.
• Track and update job applications on relevant systems.
• Maintain records of postings and applications for reporting purposes.
• Work closely with the Operations Manager and IT Support & Systems Admin to support overall content and system operations.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency in posting and content management.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Time-to-publish.
• Ad rejection rate.
• Fraud incident resolution time.
• Apply-conversion rate

Qualifications & Skills:
• A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Strong computer skills with knowledge of digital platforms and online posting.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to organizational needs.
