Background UNDP approved a two-million-dollar allocation to ABC under its funding window. This allocation was earmarked to support ABC’s scaling facility designed to unlock socio-economic potential, enhance cross-border trade opportunities, and foster peacebuilding initiatives within the Uganda-Kenya borderland communities. Specifically, Uganda, the targeted locations were Amudat and Moroto districts in the Karamoja sub-region of Uganda. The funding is effective from April 2024 to September 2025.

It is against the above background that UNDP is seeking to engage a qualified contractor to undertake the Construction of Honey Processing Facility in Moroto District in Uganda.
