1. The Ministry of Defence and Veteran Affairs invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Procurement of Motor Vehicles for the Ministry of Defence and Veteran Affairs.
2. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Bidding procedures contained in the Government of Uganda’s Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003.
3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect bidding documents at the address given below at 8(a) from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
4. The Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 (Uganda Shillings One Hundred Thousand Only) per procurement.
5. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(a) at or before 18th August 2025 at 12:00 noon. Late bids shall be rejected.
6. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8(a) at 12:10 pm on 18th August 2025.
7. There shall be no pre – bid meeting.

9. Bid security: A performance securing declaration shall be required.
