About the Job
- Collect and compile purchase requirements from work unit and participate in the preparation of annual purchase plan.
- Participate in the Evaluation of and bid document with assigned committee.
- Follow the proper receiving of goods and materials; properly inspect registration of goods on the registered books.
- Register code and tagged at the time of purchase.
- Participate in establishment of system and ensure identification of fixed asset in a separate register book against each user.
- Participate in the annual inventory of fixed assets.
- Make sure that minimum stock and reorder level are in place and make constant follow-up on the timely replenishment of stock items
- Follow issuance of consumables and fixed assets in accordance with the approval store requisition.
- Prepare list of suppliers of goods and services and update same periodically.
- Evaluate and prepare bid analysis for the purchase of goods and services.
- Identify fixed assets which are no longer useful for the company with regard to the prevailing laws and propose fixed asset disposal for approval; dispose and correct the registration after approval.
- Participate in the Preparation of plans and reports periodically.
- Perform other related activities as assigned.

Education
BA in Supply Chain Management/ Purchasing Management/Business Management or other related fields
