Job Purpose
- The Assistant Manager, Insurance is responsible for managing and overseeing the delivery of exceptional customer support services for insurance products offerings. This role ensures that service excellence is maintained across all customer interactions while driving operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and alignment with the insurance business objectives.
- The role also includes leading a team of 20-30 agents, ensuring their performance meets the needs of customers, and contributing to the success of customer experience initiatives tailored to these specialized segments.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership and Performance Management
- Supervise and manage a team of 20-30 agents, ensuring they meet individual and team performance targets.
- Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions, team meetings, and performance reviews to provide feedback and guidance.

Operational Oversight

- Onboard and mentor new agents, ensuring a smooth transition into the team and alignment with service expectations.

- Service Excellence for Specialized Segments
- Ensure seamless delivery of support for the bank’s insurance products, including claims inquiries, and general insurance-related assistance.
Reporting and Insights
- Track and analyse team performance metrics, providing regular reports.
- Use insights from performance data and customer feedback to recommend and implement improvements.
- Participate in daily or weekly briefings to communicate updates, share performance results, and align team objectives with departmental goals.
Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure that all team activities comply with regulatory, risk, and operational standards.
- Monitor for potential risks in customer interactions and implement corrective measures where necessary.

Senior Manager Security Technology Roadmap & COE
Purpose of the Role:
The Senior Manager: Advanced Cyber Security & Emerging Technologies is responsible for strengthening Equity Group’s cyber resilience by leading the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of advanced security capabilities across the Group. Operating within the Group Cyber Security Team, the role ensures that emerging technologies and modern security architectures are evaluated, adopted, and governed in alignment with the Group’s strategic objectives, regulatory requirements, and risk appetite. The position provides subject matter expertise on advanced cyber security controls, drives innovation in security architecture, and safeguards the Group’s digital platforms, including banking, FinTech, and digital channels—across all subsidiaries and jurisdictions. By proactively addressing evolving threats and leveraging modern security frameworks.
Job Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:
- Lead the measurement of effectiveness for advanced cyber security and emerging technology controls, ensuring continuous improvement and addressing areas of low performance.
- Enhance and optimize security reporting mechanisms to demonstrate the business value and risk reduction benefits of advanced cyber initiatives.

Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years’ progressive experience in information and cyber security, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.

Cloud Security Assurance Analyst
Job Purpose:
The Cloud Security Assurance Analyst will be responsible for providing oversight, assurance, and governance of the bank’s cloud security architecture. This role focuses on reviewing, validating, and assuring that security designs, controls, and implementations within Equity’s cloud environments meet regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and the bank’s internal security standards.
Key emphasis will be on evaluating proposed solutions, identifying risks, recommending improvements, and providing independent assurance that cloud deployments and services safeguard the bank’s assets and customer data.
The Cloud Security Assurance Analyst will work closely with development, operations, and security teams to ensure the cloud infrastructure and applications are secure, compliant, and resilient against modern threats.

- Provide governance and technical assurance over the security architecture of cloud platforms (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Azure, Huawei Cloud Platform), ensuring that proposed and implemented designs align with the enterprise security strategy, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Provide assurance and oversight on the definition and effectiveness of security controls for cloud services—including identity and access management (IAM), encryption, key management, data protection, and network security—ensuring they are properly designed, implemented, and aligned with enterprise security policies and regulatory requirements.

- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of hands-on experience in information security, with at least 2+ years focused on cloud security.
- Proven experience designing and securing cloud-native services such as containers (Docker, Kubernetes), serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions), and microservices.

SRE Engineer
The Role Purpose
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ELK SRE Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana (ELK) stack, ensuring its reliability, scalability, and performance. You will play a crucial part in providing robust logging, monitoring, and analytics solutions that are critical to our operational insights and incident response.
Responsibilities:
ELK Stack Management:
- Design, deploy, configure, and manage large-scale ELK clusters (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, Beats).
