Requirements

• Proven experience in resource mobilization, fundraising, or grant writing

• Excellent research and analytical skills

• Experience in managing fundraising campaigns and events

• Proficiency in using donor management software and databases

• Knowledge of ethical fundraising practices and compliance regulations

Position Overview

The Resource Mobilization Officer plays a crucial role in supporting and implementing resource mobilization strategies and activities for an organization. The primary objective of this role is to secure financial resources, partnerships, and support from various sources to meet the organization’s goals and objectives. The Resource Mobilization Officer will work closely with the Management Team, Program Managers, and other stakeholders to develop and execute effective fundraising initiatives.
