Plan International Uganda is a branch of the global humanitarian organization Plan International, dedicated to advancing children's rights and promoting gender equality. Operating in Uganda since 1992, the organization focuses on empowering children and youth, particularly girls, to realize their full potential in communities that uphold their rights and gender equality.

Under its 2022–2027 country strategy, Plan International Uganda concentrates on two main programs:
LEARN: Aims to provide quality learning experiences for children from early childhood to working age, building their skills for life.
DECIDE: Focuses on protecting girls from child marriage and sexual violence by promoting access to sexual and reproductive health services.
