Development Links Consult (DLC) is a Ugandan-based social sector development management consulting firm, established in 2007 and operating across Africa. Their mission is to enhance the scale and effectiveness of development interventions targeting vulnerable groups in Africa. DLC provides consulting services to clients in both government and civil society sectors, drawing from their own practice experience in these entities to contextualize services and technical assistance to the operational realities of client organizations. Their services are delivered by a team of in-house and external vetted consultants .
