1. ClearWater Program
   ILF constructs freshwater wells and implements affordable maintenance systems to ensure long-term functionality. This initiative has provided over 260,000 individuals with access to clean drinking water, significantly reducing waterborne diseases and the time spent, especially by women, in fetching water.

2. Fuel-Efficient Cookstoves
   To combat the health and environmental issues caused by traditional open-fire cooking, ILF develops and distributes fuel-efficient stoves. These stoves reduce wood consumption by up to 70% and lower smoke emissions, benefiting over 900,000 refugees and rural villagers. In Uganda, the “Okelo Kuc” stove has become a symbol of peace and efficiency in households.

3. Solar Electrification
   ILF introduces solar energy solutions to off-grid communities, enhancing access to lighting and power, which supports education, health services, and economic activities.

4. COVID-19 Response
   In response to the pandemic, ILF adapted its programs to include health education, distribution of hygiene kits, and support for healthcare facilities to mitigate the spread of the virus.
