Job Summary
We are hiring a Sales Agronomist responsible for increasing crop input sales, coordinating high-quality implementation of projects across all sales channels including those led by Implementation Partners, and supporting institutional sales efforts. The role includes contributing to the Bids and Grants Task Force by providing technical advice, quotations, and training to both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a closely related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in agronomic advisory.
• Strong understanding of crop management and modern agricultural inputs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage effectively with farmers, partners, and institutional clients.
• Strong project management and planning skills, with the ability to coordinate and oversee multiple activities and stakeholders.
• Experience working on donor-funded projects or institutional programs is an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel and work in rural areas as needed.
