Job Description

Job Purpose   

To serve as the first point of contact, managing front desk operations, welcoming visitors, and supporting administrative functions.

Key Duties & Responsibilities            

    1. Handling all incoming calls;
    2. Managing Public requests as appropriate;
    3. Registering and directing visitors to appropriate offices;
    4. Handle administrative support tasks;
    5. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area;
    6. Perform any other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

 Required Qualifications         

  1. A Diploma in Office Administration or Secretarial and Office Administration from a recognized institution.
  2. A certificate in Customer Care or Front Office Management; or Leisure and Hospitality Management is an added advantage.

 Skills/Competences  

  1. Customer care;
  2. Teamwork;

  4. Good communication skills;
  5. Confidentiality;
  6. Time management.
