
Call Center Advisor at NFT Consult Limited
Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities;
-
- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer’s emails.
- Managing and resolving customer complaints.
- Identifying and escalating issues to supervisors.
- Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems.
- Providing information to customers.
- Identifying, and resolving customer complaints.
- Routine calls to appropriate resources.
- Documenting all call information according to standard operating procedures.
- Following up customer calls where necessary.
- Upselling products and services.
- Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.
- Completing call logs and reports.
- Other duties as assigned.
Call Center Agent Qualifications and Skills;
- Bachelors Degree in any field.
- Proficient in relevant computer applications.
- 1-2 years of experience in a call center environment.
- Knowledge of customer service practices and principles.
- Excellent data entry and typing skills.
- Flexible to work at night and weekends.
- Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately.
- Must have knowledge with all social media apps i.e; Twitter, Instagram, WhatsApp, Skype and Facebook.
