Job Description
JOB DETAILS:
To drive monthly portfolio growth while maintaining quality through an engaged team and excellent customer service.
Key duties/responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve set monthly sales targets.
• Conduct market activations to generate prospects and meet sales targets.
• Recruit, lead, and retain Sales Agents to meet set targets.
• Develop and implement Sales Agent retention strategies.
• Provide regular training, guidance, and support to Sales Agents.
• Supervise and coach Sales Agents to consistently hit monthly sales and quality targets.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction in line with the company’s service charter.
Required Qualifications and Work Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing or a business-related field from a recognized institution.
• Knowledge of customer service principles
• At least two years relevant work experience, one of which must be in a leadership position.
• Knowledge of office administration
Other attributes
• Integrity and ability to both work in and lead a dynamic team
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Good knowledge of company credit/lending policy
• Good computer and database skills
• Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
• Above average people skills/soft skills (includes listening skills, stress management)
