Job Description
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing PR and consultancy engagements with clients. You will serve as the key liaison between clients and internal teams—ensuring that deliverables are met on time, within scope, and to a high standard. This role blends client engagement, operational leadership, and strategic thinking.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end project management of client engagements from planning through to execution and reporting
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties to ensure flawless delivery Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring communication is clear, proactive, and consistent
• Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines
• Monitor project progress, adjust plans as needed, and report to leadership on risks or opportunities
• Organize project meetings, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items
• Ensure quality assurance, evaluating deliverables before they reach the client
• Document project learnings and support proposal development for new engagements
• Support business development by participating in pitch preparation and ideation
What We’re Looking For
• At least 3 years of project management experience, ideally in a consultancy, communications, or creative agency environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Client-facing experience and ability to manage stakeholders at different levels
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project)
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Project Management, or related field
