We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Medical Supplies Sales Officer with a strong background in the medical field, whether it be in equipment or pharmaceutical sales. Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet company goals and objectives.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and target markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals successfully.
  • Provide ongoing training, support, and development opportunities to the supplies team.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of sales activities.

• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the medical field or a similar industry.
