Are you a highly strategic and results-driven finance professional ready to drive the financial health of a leading agricultural and manufacturing enterprise in Uganda?

Pura Organic Agro Tech Ltd is a fast-growing, integrated company focused on sustainable cassava farming and the production of high-quality cassava starch and flour. We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and support our ambitious growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities Include:

– Leading financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
– Ensuring robust financial reporting and compliance with IFRS and Ugandan regulations.
– Strategic cash flow and treasury management.
– Providing insightful financial analysis to guide business decisions for both farm and factory operations.

We Are Looking For:

– A Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting (Master’s a plus).
-Mandatory CPA (U) or ACCA qualification.
– 5-10 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
– Proven experience in either the agricultural/agribusiness or manufacturing sectors is ideal.
– Strong analytical skills, integrity, and leadership abilities.
