Job Description

2. Responsibilities:
Handling customer inquiries and complaints,
Recording tickets,
Escalating issues to supervisors,
Documenting information,
Staying knowledgeable about products/services

4. Criteria
Having at least a diploma in Communications, Business Social, or IT, proficiency in computer (MS Office)
