Role Overview
As our new Content Manager, you’ll lead the development and dissemination of content across multiple channels, from newspaper articles to social media animations. You’ll be working with visual creatives, strategists, and client teams to craft tailored content that makes an impact. You’ll play a critical role in bringing client stories to life with precision, creativity, and strategic flair.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media posts across multiple platforms Create marketing collateral and visual content, using design tools to produce high-
• quality materials aligned with different branding and campaign goals
• Develop and edit content for traditional media (e.g., newspapers)
• Adapt content for digital distribution, including WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok and other direct-to-audience platforms
• Tailor messaging to suit diverse clients and sector-specific audiences
• Proactively contribute content ideas and campaign suggestions
• Liaise with clients to understand messaging goals and adapt content accordingly
• Maintain brand consistency and tone across all media
• Track content performance metrics and iterate based on insights

What We’re Looking For
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in content creation, journalism, digital publishing, or a related role
• Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail
• Creativity in both concept development and content execution
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, including PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign, After
• Effects, Sketch and Express, as well as other content generation tools
• Experience using Hootsuite or similar social media management tools is highly desirable for scheduling, monitoring, and optimising multi-platform content
• Experience tailoring content to different platforms and audience types
• Self-starter mindset—ready to take initiative and propose fresh ideas
• English fluency required; fluency in additional local languages is an asset

Level of Education: bachelor degree
