Job Description
Job Purpose
To receive, issue and record stores in the University
Key Duties & Responsibilities
-
- Receive, keep, retrieve and issue stores in accordance with the established procedures;
- Receive and compile requisition orders;
- Verify invoices against goods received notes;
- Post and maintain stores records; and
- Stock take and inspect the stores in the University;
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by the supervisor
Required Qualifications
A Diploma in Stores or Supplies Management or Procurement from a recognized institution
