New Flower General Trading P.L.C. That Engaged in Different Business Ventures like Coffe Cleaning and Warehousing, Foam Manufacturing, Import & Export, Dry & Liquid Transportation Service, Construction and Vehicles Assembly Is Looking for Competents Employees in the following areas

BASIC FUNCTIONS

Under the Guidance and control of the Finance, Budgeting and Costing Department, a cost and budget division head is accountable for the financial integrity of his or her department or administrative office. Financial integrity is maintained by careful attention and adherence to the unit’s budgets within the firm financial reporting system. He/she is responsible for ensuring that the expenses of the accounts managed do not exceed the unit’s allocated budget, requesting budget changes, submitting transfers, approving transactions and requesting payments, review their accounts on a regular basis to ensure proper recording of account expenses.

DETAILED DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Lead, coach and assist Cost and Budget Team;
  2. Prepare actual vs. plan (budget) analysis, Prepare various financial analysis related to manufacturing costs, inventory, and expense information for various customers as needed for decision making support;
  3. Provides feedback to enhance or improve existing policies, procedures and processes for the Cost Control function to maintain efficient operational excellence;
  4. Set up Cost Build Up for new raw material, packaging, WIP, and FG items and maintain periodic cost rolls/updates
  5. Assist the business with the annual budget process by engaging with budget holders to deliver budgets within targets
  6. Recommending corrective actions based on the status and summary reports to requesting management on material, machines and labour requirement of the project against agreed plans..
  7. Planning, Studying, and collecting data to determine costs of business activity such as raw material purchases, inventory and labour
  8. Analysing changes in product design, raw materials, manufacturing methods or services provided, to determine effects on cost
  9. Providing management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products or services.
  10. Conducts physical inventories and monitors cycle count program
  11. Providing expert advice on cost and budgeting issues related to current projects to project managers, conducting analysis of actual performance against plan.
  12. Manage on time in full delivery of Cost and Budget team
  13. Reports daily activities performed with in the week

About You

  • MA/B.A Degree & above in Accounting, Economics or Business Administration, Management & other similar profession.
  • 6/8 years of experience in a related role
  • & Additional IFRS Traning, accounting Software Advantages.
