- Your first and direct assignment will be as a Lead Financial Data Analyst at Moyee Nederland. Moyee is a FairChain pioneer transforming the coffee industry through radical transparency and fair value creation at the source.
- You will deliver crucial data insights to scale their FairChain model, from financial forecasts and profitability to measuring social and environmental impact.

What You Will Do (Core Responsibilities)
As a Lead Analyst, you are responsible for translating complex data into strategic, action-oriented decisions for the client.
Financial Modeling & Strategy:
- Lead the development and maintenance of advanced financial models (budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning).
- Conduct in-depth analysis of revenue, COGS, operating expenses, and profitability to support strategic decision-making.
- Perform pricing, margin, and ROI analyses.
- Team Leadership: Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior analysts and ensure quality assurance.
- Collaborate with the Impact team to quantify the financial effects of FairChain and ESG initiatives (e.g., CO₂ reduction).
- Integrate sustainability metrics into financial planning and reporting.
- Design and maintain dynamic dashboards and automated reports (Power BI/Tableau).
- Clearly and usefully present financial and impact data to management.
- Analyze historical and real-time sales data for demand forecasting and inventory planning.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensure alignment between financial goals and operational teams.

What You Bring
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field (e.g., CFA, CPA, Certified Analytics Professional).
- 2–4 years of experience in financial data analysis (FP&A) or a similar role.
- Proven expertise in Advanced Excel, SQL, and Data Visualization Tools (Power BI or Tableau).
- Programming skills (e.g., Python or R) for advanced analytics and statistical modeling.
- Knowledge of ERP or FP&A systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Familiarity with AI-enhanced analytics tools and automation platforms.
- Understanding of data governance and standardized reporting frameworks.
- Strong understanding of financial statements and modeling.
- Comfortable working Remotely for Dutch clients.
