• Your first and direct assignment will be as a Lead Financial Data Analyst at Moyee Nederland. Moyee is a FairChain pioneer transforming the coffee industry through radical transparency and fair value creation at the source.
• You will deliver crucial data insights to scale their FairChain model, from financial forecasts and profitability to measuring social and environmental impact.

What You Will Do (Core Responsibilities)

As a Lead Analyst, you are responsible for translating complex data into strategic, action-oriented decisions for the client.

Financial Modeling & Strategy:

• Lead the development and maintenance of advanced financial models (budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning).
• Conduct in-depth analysis of revenue, COGS, operating expenses, and profitability to support strategic decision-making.
• Perform pricing, margin, and ROI analyses.
• Team Leadership: Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior analysts and ensure quality assurance.
• Collaborate with the Impact team to quantify the financial effects of FairChain and ESG initiatives (e.g., CO₂ reduction).
• Integrate sustainability metrics into financial planning and reporting.
• Design and maintain dynamic dashboards and automated reports (Power BI/Tableau).
• Clearly and usefully present financial and impact data to management.
• Analyze historical and real-time sales data for demand forecasting and inventory planning.
• Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensure alignment between financial goals and operational teams.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field (e.g., CFA, CPA, Certified Analytics Professional).
• 2–4 years of experience in financial data analysis (FP&A) or a similar role.
• Proven expertise in Advanced Excel, SQL, and Data Visualization Tools (Power BI or Tableau).
• Programming skills (e.g., Python or R) for advanced analytics and statistical modeling.
• Knowledge of ERP or FP&A systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Familiarity with AI-enhanced analytics tools and automation platforms.
• Understanding of data governance and standardized reporting frameworks.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and modeling.
• Comfortable working Remotely for Dutch clients.
