About the Job
- Maintain the cleanliness, order, and safety of the building floor to which assigned to ensure it is always welcoming and presentable.
- Greet and receive guests, government officials, and business partners in a polite, professional, and confident manner, creating a positive first impression of the organization.
- Support hospitality needs by preparing and arranging the space for meetings or visits, ensuring comfort and professionalism.
- Manage and control the storage room by keeping accurate records of all incoming and outgoing items, safeguarding company property, and maintaining proper organization.
- Assist in monitoring and reporting facility conditions, ensuring the workplace remains safe, organized, and suitable for both living and business use.
- Carry out basic administrative support, including record-keeping and reporting related to storage, facility upkeep, and guest handling.
- Demonstrate an energetic, bold, and proactive attitude in handling responsibilities, while showing confidence when dealing with external visitors and officials.
About You
- Female candidates only.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management or any other field.
- Fluent in spoken and written English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Energetic, bold, and confident personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and balance facility upkeep, guest handling, and administrative support.
- Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, office administration, or facility management is an advantage.
