We are looking for a well presented, professional, and friendly Receptionist to join our Bulawayo team.

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintaining the reception area and ensuring it is neat and presentable
- Scheduling appointments and managing office calendars
- Providing administrative support to various departments

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 5 0-Levels (including English)
- Diploma/Certificate in Secretarial Studies, Office Administration, or related field (an added advantage)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure with a positive attitude.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is an advantage.
