A dynamic and fast-growing events management company renowned for delivering unforgettable experiences across corporate, social, and lifestyle events is seeking a Sales and Events Coordinator to join our vibrant team and drive our growth journey forward.
The Sales and Events Coordinator will be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, and coordinating events from concept to completion. The role requires a proactive, customer-focused individual with strong organizational and communication skills, and a passion for creating exceptional experiences.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and grow existing accounts.
• Implement strategies to ensure attainment of set revenue and profitability targets.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and event concepts to clients.
• Liaise with clients to understand event objectives, budgets, and expectations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure seamless event execution.
• Oversee event logistics including venue bookings, décor, entertainment, catering, and staffing.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and client feedback sessions.
• Maintain accurate sales records, client databases, and event documentation.
• Represent the company at networking functions, exhibitions, and promotional events
Person Specification
The ideal person must possess the following:
• Diploma in Marketing, Events Management, Hospitality, or related field.
• 2–3 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or events coordination.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
• Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
