About the Job
Radisson Blu Hotel, Addis Ababa which is centrally located in Kazanchis Business District adjacent to the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa conference hall (UNECA-AA) and just four kilometres from Bole International Airport is looking for a dynamic, self-starter who wishes to join our team as a Reservation Agent.
Competencies required:
- · Ability to use computer applications
- Knowledge of Opera and MS outlook is advantageous
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent command of English
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, able to carry out tasks independently and punctual
- Articulate and good listener
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and handle multiple assignments
- Capable of working in a team environment
About You
Required qualifications and work experience
- ·B.A Degree from an accredited college/university, preferably in Hotel Management, Sales & Marketing/Marketing Management/ Business Management.
- ·At least 4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in 4- or 5-star hotel
