Job Description
- As our IT Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our IT systems to support seamless operations across the Hotel and restaurant.
- You will be responsible for maintaining high-functioning technology infrastructure, ensuring data security, and providing technical support to our team.
- This role requires a professional who thrives in a vibrant hospitality setting and is willing to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays to align with our operational hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all IT systems, including POS, inventory management, customer relationship management, and scheduling software.
- Ensure smooth connectivity and functionality of networks, Wi-Fi, and AV equipment.
- Troubleshoot technical issues promptly to minimize downtime during operations.
- Collaborate with team members to provide technical support and training as needed.
- Implement and monitor data security measures to protect customer and business information.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend upgrades to improve operational efficiency.
- Support digital marketing efforts by maintaining website and social media integration tools.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Proficient in managing POS systems and hotel/restaurant and lounge technology tools.
- Strong knowledge of networking, data security, and system optimization.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work during nighttime, holidays, and weekends as per business requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / month.
