• Rocksteady Productions is seeking a highly-experienced Head of Post Production to lead our entire post production operation.
• You will be a key figure in ensuring technical excellence, creative execution and timely delivery of our projects while mentoring the team and optimising workflows from ingestion to final delivery.

Your Role Will Include:

• Managing a diverse team of skilled post-production professionals, enabling a culture of creativity.
• Overseeing post-production schedules ensuring timely delivery of deliverables.
• Collaborating with production, creative, and technical teams to align workflows with project goals.
• Solving technical and creative challenges during post-production.
• Ensuring quality control and compliance with legal and technical standards.
• Fostering a culture of innovation, mentorship, and collaboration.

We Would Love To Work With You If You Have:

• Proven experience (5 + years) in post-production, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Avid etc.)
• Solid understanding of color grading, motion graphics, sound design and finishing processes.
• Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task effectively.
• Experience with Cloud-based systems and emerging AI tools
• Advanced knowledge of post-production workflows in film, TV, and digital media.
• Creative problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-style environment.
