Position Title: Head Workforce Planning & Analytics – Human Capital Division (Level 5)
Location: Harare
Closing Date: 2 October 2025
Reports To: Director Human Capital
-Lead HR planning aligned to corporate strategy
-Forecasting staff costs, monitoring headcount supply & demand, leave liabilities
-Set leave balance targets vis-à-vis staff cost budget
-Manage reward programs, payroll administration, HR reporting
-Design/maintain remuneration programs & pay structures, ensure pay equity
-Salary benchmarking & participation in remuneration policy reviews
-Maintain data integrity in remuneration systems
-Oversee talent development and analytics for strategic decision-making
-Skills gap assessment, performance analytics, succession planning, talent profiling
-Employee engagement surveys, staff wellness, productivity monitoring and analytics
-Develop HR OPEX & CAPEX budgets with Director of Human Capital
-Produce regular HR analytics & Board-level reports
-Develop standards, SOPs, tools for consistent HR reporting
-Master’s degree in HR Management, Industrial / Organisational Psychology, Business Admin, Strategic Management, Data Analytics, or related field
-Bachelor’s in HR, Economics, Statistics, Demography, Business Studies or quantitative/social science discipline
-Professional HR/Analytics certification (CIPD, SHRM, HRCI or equivalent) is an added advantage
-At least 5 years’ experience in Human Capital Management at supervisory / managerial level
-Proven experience in workforce planning, analytics and organizational design
Key Skills & Competencies:
-Deep knowledge of workforce planning frameworks, labour market dynamics, manpower forecasting
-Strong quantitative & analytical skills; ability to interpret & communicate complex workforce data
-Proficiency in data analytics / statistical modelling tools
-Good understanding of labor legislation, industrial relations, compensation frameworks in Zimbabwe
-Strategic thinking, problem solving, excellent report-writing skills
-Leadership, stakeholder engagement, communication skills
-Integrity, professionalism, confidentiality
