Qualifications, Experience and Skills

• Master's degree in clinical pharmacy
• Formal training in business management
• Licensed to practice as a Pharmacist in Kenya with a valid annual practice license
• Minimum 10 years' hospital pharmacy experience post-registration, with at least 5 years of experience in a managerial or senior pharmacist role
• Good track record of excellent results in hospital formulary management, supply chain management, financial management, and operational leadership of pharmacy services.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders to deliver good clinical and patient care outcomes
• A person of high-level integrity and professionalism Strong interpersonal, communication, mentorship, talent development, and customer care skills.
• Track record of good deployment of technology in hospital pharmacy service delivery, quality and patient safety, and patient engagement.
